Nancy is an adorable little Lurcher who loves to be part of the action. She's a lively girl who loves to play with soft squeaky toys, have a good sprint around her garden and jump in the car to go for long quiet walks. Nancy can be very OTT with other dogs and is learning to wear a muzzle so she can enjoy her walks safely, gradually mixing with new dogs, at a distance at which she feels safe and can concentrate. Nancy is a high energy dog, but also enjoys her chilled time. She adores a fuss, and she settles well for a snooze on a duvet. Nancy has previously spent time as an office dog and could do so again providing she is the only dog in there. She knows a few tricks for treats including a 'sit', 'down', 'paw' and 'touch'.
Type of home needed
Nancy is looking for an active, loving home in a quiet location. She could live with children as young as eleven and will need to be the only dog in the home. She has a high prey drive, therefore needing a home without cats or small furries. Nancy will need a secure garden that she can enjoy a sprint in and or access to a large secure field. She will need quiet walks in a low populated dog area and a home where she cannot see them passing. Experience of the breed would be beneficial.
