Teller is a shy but friendly boy who builds a bond quite quickly. He is very loving and enjoys a fuss and affection but time needs to be taken with this, a slow and calm approach is needed. Teller enjoys going for quiet walks where he doesn't have to feel overwhelmed by lots going on. Teller enjoys the company of other dogs, he has been sharing his kennel and he is very playful with them. He isn't yet ready to play with toys, he doesn't seem to know what toys are all about!
Type of home needed
Teller is looking for loving and caring adopters who will take things at Teller's pace, Teller is not used to living in a home and will need lots of praise, encouragement and confidence building. Adopters should come to the centre a few times to build a bond. Teller is sensitive to noises and will need a quiet home environment. Teller could live with quiet older teenagers and possibly another playful dog, but no cats. He will need access to quiet walks and a large garden. Time left will need to be built up gradually once he is settled into his new home.
