Lulu Baggins, just like her name, is super sweet. This gorgeous and friendly little lady is only with us due to her owners ill health and she will make an excellent companion in her next home. She is looking for an owner who is around for most of the day to help her settle in. She can be left for a couple of hours once she feels at home.

Type of home needed

Lulu really enjoys fuss and attention from people and shows how much she loves you with lots of kisses. She can live with children aged 12 years and older and will make a wonderful family pet. Having previous experience of owning a dog would be ideal as she will be looking to further some of her social skills. Overall she is a well behaved girl who will fit well into most households.

More about me

Lulu can be reactive towards other dogs so would need to work with her owner on improving her social skills. She will need to be kept on lead when in public places. For this reason she will need direct access to her own garden with 6ft fence to give her somewhere secure to stretch her legs and enjoy some off lead time. She would also prefer to be the only pet in the home and cannot live with other dogs or cats. She does have skin condition that will need on going treatment but this is something that we can discuss with potential owners, please don't let that put you off. The lucky person that gets to take Lulu Baggins home will be in for years of fun filled adventures and snuggling, we couldn't think of anything better. To apply to adopt Lulu please click on the 'Rehoming me starts here' button below. Applications will close when we find a suitable match.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Glasgow Rehoming Centre.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
