Bright as a button, Bud is a clever lad with lots to offer his new family. He is a cheeky chappy who has persistently amazed his canine carers with his plethora of tricks and talents. Bud loves using enrichment games, especially when a tasty treat is involved! He is seeking an adult-only home with no other pets, and is seeking a quiet life out in the countryside in a low dog populated area.
Type of home needed
Bud would like to be adopted by someone with an interest in training, as he really benefits from being kept mentally busy a lot of the time. His new family should provide him with a variety of brain games, trick training and new challenges once he's settled in to prevent boredom. Bud will need to live somewhere where he will not have to see lots of other dogs passing by as he finds this rather overwhelming, and he will need further help in not reacting to other dogs (he has come on leaps and bounds here!).
More about me
I am not currently available for rehoming as I would like to meet my new family a few times before I go home, which is not possible at the moment due to current restrictions. My Canine Carers will let you know as soon as this changes, so keep an eye on my profile.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
