To apply to rehome Lucky, please click on the 'Rehoming me starts here' button below. Applications will close when a suitable match has been found, at which point Lucky will be removed from the website. Lucky is a tiny chap with a big personality. This sweet and sensitive young boy had rather a sheltered start in life but is slowly discovering that the big wide isn't as scary as he first thought. He is a bright chap who has buckets of energy to burn and has great potential to shine in his new home.
Type of home needed
Lucky will be best suited to a calm household situated in a quiet area, where he won't have to worry about a lot of hustle and bustle. He will require his own secure garden as well as a safe place to retreat to in the home, if required. Time left alone will need to be built up gradually in a way that will help him feel safe and secure in his surroundings. Once fully settled this young man will require plenty of physical and mental stimulation. He loves to play and could excel at doggy sports such as agility. Lucky would like to join an active adult only home.
More about me
Lucky will need to be the only pet in the home, as he has a very high chase drive and requires further socialisation with other dogs. He will also require further work with confidence building around traffic and car travel. Some Jack Russel and / or Chihuahua experience would also be very beneficial for his new family.
