PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID RESTRICTIONS WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO CONSIDER APPLICATIONS WITHIN A 1 HOUR DRIVE FROM OUR CENTRE (WR11 7RT). Bob has arrived with us through no fault of his own and is finding kennel life a little bit overwhelming. He is very much a people dog, who simply adores human company and attention. Bob really loves his squeaky toys and enjoys carrying them around on his travels. He will show-off his best 'sit' for a tasty treat, and is really looking forward to having his much-loved home comforts back again.
Type of home needed
Bob is seeking a moderately active home where he will not have to be left on his own too often. His family would benefit from a good understanding of terrier traits, and will need to be able to read his body language to accurately judge how he is feeling in certain situations. Bob has lived in a home previously, but does struggle with his housetraining. He would prefer to live somewhere with minimal dogs around, and further work will need to be invested into his dog desense work in his new home.
More about me
Bob is seeking an adult-only home where he can be the only pet. As he does struggle to be left on his own, Bob would be best suited to a family who have the option to work from home for the forseeable; It will be important for Bob to experience short periods of time being left alone, but this should be done in a gradual and positive way.
In these unprecedented circumstances, we're doing everything we can to continue
our vital work caring for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs. If you'd like
to help, please make a donation. Your support means so much, now more than ever.
