We’ve set up new processes which include social distancing measures to help keep staff, visitors and adopters safe.

We’re now matching dogs with their new homes virtually and delivering dogs contact-free. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can now meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment and this now applies to all of our rehoming centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

To apply to rehome Brie please click on the 'Come and Meet Me' button below. Applications will close when a suitable match has been found. Brie is a real golden oldie; this stunning girl may have a few extra years of life experience than her neighbours here, but she is still always up for adventures (and play time!). Brie loves tennis balls and will play fetch all day if given the chance, and she is also a real foodie. It will be critical for Brie's family to be able to read her body language and give her time to settle.

Type of home needed

Brie is seeking a fairly active family despite her age. She is not yet the biggest fan of lots of hands-on fuss when it comes to new people, but with time she does enjoy affection. Playing fetch is guaranteed to win Brie's affection until trust has been gained, and the patience and efforts of her new family will be rewarded in the long-run.

More about me

Brie is seeking an adult-only home with no other pets (including other dogs, cats and small furry animals). Brie's new home will need to be in a very quiet rural location with quiet walking routes where she will not have to see traffic or other dogs out and about. We are looking to rehome Brie within an hour's drive from our Centre as she will require multiple meets and some ongoing behavioural support.

During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs. This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...

How rehoming works

Thank you for your interest in Brie, who is based at Evesham (Worcestershire). Please note this is not a reservation on this dog. If you think you could be a good match give us a call on the number below

Our rehoming process is a bit different at the moment! We’re now matching dogs with their new families virtually and delivering dogs to their new homes, with social distancing measures in place to help keep staff and adopters safe. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can come and meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment. We can’t register interest for dogs who aren’t available for rehoming. More info about how our new rehoming process works below.

When you rehome a dog, we’ll give you your welcome bag, which includes a new collar and lead, and our dog care handbook with microchip and insurance details. Plus, to help your new addition settle in we’ll give you a 2kg bag of Wainwright’s dry dog food, courtesy of the Pets at Home VIP Club, unless they have been fed on a different food for dietary or veterinary reasons.
