Captain Oats is a lovely older boy looking for a nice and quiet retirement home and a comfy sofa to call his own. He can be worried and reactive around new people and will need his new adopters to take it slow and help him gain confidence. Experience with nervous dogs with guarding behaviour would be beneficial.

Type of home needed

13-year-old Captain Oats would like to have access to his own secure garden to potter around in. He gets distressed when left alone therefore will need someone to be at home with him at all times and has to be the only pet. Captain Oats has ongoing age related medical.
