Arnie

I'm looking for a new home...

About Arnie

Centre:
Breed:
Age:
5 to 7 Years
Sex:
Male

Likes

Arnie is a lovely boy who is looking for a new family to call his own, with someone at home for most of the time until he is more comfortable being left alone. Arnie is very friendly with everyone he meets and it won't take him long until he finds his favourite spot on the sofa to cuddle up to his human companions.

Type of home needed

5-year-old Arnie is an ex racing Greyhound and most likely has never been in a home so he will need help settling into a domestic life. Ideally he would have access to his own secure garden for house training and zoomies whenever he likes. He can live with children over the age of fourteen and potentially another dog of similar size, pending a successful introduction here at our centre

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Basildon Rehoming Centre in Essex.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
