To apply to rehome Archie, please click on the ' Rehoming me starts here' button below. Applications will close once I have found a suitable match. Archie's home will need to be within an hour's drive of the centre due to multiple visits required to the centre and his potential home.
Type of home needed
Archie is a 6 and half year old Jack Russell Terrier. He is a sweet boy who can be worried initially. He loves people when he trusts you and enjoys a fuss. He will need a quiet adult only home with owners who can be consistent with training, using positive, reward base training. Archie is toilet trained, enjoys going out for trips in the car and is okay to be left for short periods. Archie will require a garden that is private and very secure with a minimum of 6ft fencing and with no dogs in the adjoining gardens.
More about me
Archie has had some negative experiences around dogs which has led him to be fearful of dogs. He is unable to live with dogs, cats or small furries. Archie will need owners who can walk him in low doggy populated areas and at quiet times as he can become frustrated on lead when dogs are near him. Once settled, Archie will make a fun and loving addition to an active terrier home.
