Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

Betty Boop

I'm looking for a new home...

About Betty Boop

2 to 5 Years

To apply to rehome Betty Boop, please click on the 'Rehoming me starts here' button below. Applications will close when I have found a suitable match. Betty Boop's home will need to be within an hour's drive of the centre due to multiple visits by potential owners and also the centre trainer's taking Betty out to the home for visits. Betty Boop is a 2 year old French Bulldog. She is a sensitive girl and will take a little time to get to know you, so multiple visits to the centre will be required. Betty is not the most social dog when it comes to meeting dogs out and about, so she is best walked in quiet areas and gradually build up her training regarding this.

Type of home needed

Betty Boop will suit a quiet, adult only home where she can settle in her own time. Experience of having dogs is essential and preferably having dealt with a difficult dog previously. Betty Boop will need to be the only pet in the home and she will require her own fully secure private garden. Care will need to be taken with visitors to the house and garden, due to her being reactive with new people. Betty will require lots of patience and encouragement and allow her time to settle into a routine.

More about me

Betty Boop's potential home will need to be within an hour's drive from the centre, as she will need one-to-one support from our training team.

In these unprecedented circumstances, we're doing everything we can to continue our vital work caring for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs. If you'd like to help, please make a donation. Your support means so much, now more than ever.
