About
Gary
Likes
Gary's one true love is food. This has helped immensely with the training that he has been receiving at the centre (alongside his clever brain) and he really enjoys learning new things. He can be a little anxious around resources, but has learnt to share with his carers, which in time will tranfer to new owners. He does have a sensitive side, with loud noises spooking him, so would prefer a quieter environment.
Type of home needed
Gary is looking for an adult only home (with no visiting children) where he is the only pet. He will need to be kept on lead for his walks, therefore is looking for a home with immediate access to a garden, which is mainly laid to lawn. Though he can't share his home with other animals, he is social on walks with them so would enjoy continuing to meet calmer dogs on walks. He is very clean in his kennel, therefore we do suspect he will still have his housetraining.
More about me
Rehoming Gary will require a few meets at the centre with a gradual transition in to the home environment, so therefore prospective owners will need to live local to the centre as he isn't overly fond of travelling.
