Travis loves adventure and action. He enjoys jumping into the car to go on hikes and he is happy to walk with other dogs when out and about. In his home or garden, he likes to play with toys, he is lively and bouncy and has a real zest for life. Travis loves to learn, he is really foody, he knows his basic training but why not teach him some more skills. Travis is instantly friendly with new people and he enjoys a fuss.
Type of home needed
Travis is looking for a fun and active home where he will need his adopters around for most of the time, with a view to building up the time he is left gradually. Travis is looking for adult adopters and could cope with a reasonably busy home. His garden will need to be nice and secure with high fences. Although he is social with dogs, he will need to be the only dog in the home so he can have all of his toys for himself.
More about me
Travis needs to meet his new family a couple of times before going home, so his adopters must live no further than a 30 minutes drive from the Centre in order for us to facilitate this.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
