Are you right for Mini?

Meet Mini, a lovely 8-year-old Dachshund looking for her forever home. She is friendly, easy-going, and can live with sensible primary school children and above. Mini enjoys meeting new people and settles well in the home. She is house trained and can be left for a few hours. While she has previously been crate trained, this may not be necessary in her new home. Mini would be best suited to a calm environment where she can spend lots of time with her human, cuddling on their lap. Out and about, Mini is happy to say hello and move on, though she may warn another dog if they are too much for her. She is comfortable with handling, grooming, and vet checks.

Is Mini right for you?

Mini is looking for a calm, understanding home with a steady routine. She is friendly and sociable but appreciates her own space, particularly around more energetic dogs, so would suit owners who can read her body language and support her when needed. She would benefit from a quieter household rather than a busy or chaotic environment, where she can relax and feel settled. Mini is well-mannered in the home and is likely to adapt quickly to her new surroundings with the right guidance. Mini would make a wonderful companion for someone seeking an affectionate, low-maintenance dog who enjoys gentle company and a relaxed pace of life.
