Are you right for Patty?

Patty is a four-year-old crossbreed looking for a loving home. She could share her home with older teens. She is looking to be the only dog in the home and a home without cats or small furries. She has been fine to walk past horses. Time left alone in the home will need to be built up gradually; she has history of being settled alone for a few hours at a time. She could cope with a reasonably busy household. Patty is housetrained. She travels well in the car.

Is Patty right for you?

Patty is a beautiful girl with lots of love to give. She adores spending time with her people. In the home she loves snuggles on the sofa and belly rubs. She is happy to chill out in a pub or a pub garden and while you are enjoying your drink she’ll have a fresh bowl of water. Patty enjoys going for walks in a variety of locations from beaches to woodlands, to towns. Mostly Patty walks nicely on her lead and enjoys taking in all the sniffs. Patty will need to work on and practice her recall using positive reward training before wondering off her lead. She can make friends with calm dogs to walk along side by side with, but she has taken a dislike to Sighthounds. Patty enjoys playing with toys, she likes raggy games and soft toys and has a cuddly hippo. Her favourite treats are chicken, cheese, and sprats. She knows a sit, down and drop.

When we find a match, we’ll invite you to meet them

If we’ve found a dog who seems right for you, we’ll invite you to come and meet them at the rehoming centre.

If we haven’t found the right match, we’ll continue the search together
