Are you right for Toast?

Meet gorgeous boy, Toast! Toast is a 6-year old Smooth Collie looking for his forever home. Toast can get overexcited seeing dogs, and may need a little work on his social skills, so he would prefer to be the only dog in the home at first. Toast is a very playful, energetic boy who loves a good run around. His favourite activities are playing fetch, and playing with his soft toys. Due to his bouncy nature, we think he'd suit a home where all children are 11yrs+. Toast is a bit under-socialised, so can be a bit vocal when seeing new dogs and people, but he warms up very quickly and loves a fuss. Toast loves to explore new places and get his sniffs in, although some louder environments can be a bit spooky for him. He would love a kind, gentle family that are willing to help him build his confidence in some areas. Toast would be one for the Collie lovers, as he is very typical of his breed! He loves to play, to chase and to have off-lead time where he can burn off all his energy. He is a high energy breed, so would love some breed specific outlets whereby he can be sufficiently mentally and physically enriched in his new home. We can't wait to see gorgeous boy Toast in his forever home!

Is Toast right for you?

Toast is a beautiful boy with bags of potential. He is very foodie, so this will help with any type of training that may be needed in the home. He may need a little work on his toilet training in the home, but he does try his absolute hardest! He can be a bit worried in the car, but this will take some time and positive associations. Toast walks well on lead but he can pull a little bit when excited! Toast will love an understanding home that are able to help him in some confidence building, and let him settle at his own pace. He really is a sweet lad, and would love a sofa to curl up on after his fun day of activities!
