Are you right for Jackson?

Meet gorgeous lad, Jackson! Jackson is an 8-year old Collie x Beagle looking for his forever home. Jackson is a gorgeous, chunky boy who is looking for a home where he can partake in his favourite activity which is running around on the beach! He would like to be the only dog in the home but will benefit from calm doggy friends. Jackson can live with children who are 11 years and older. Jackson loves a long walk, and he is currently a bit overweight so would need to go on a diet, but also getting out for fun exercise during the day would be very beneficial for him. Jackson is very friendly with everyone he meets and enjoys a big fuss. Jackson can be a bit grumbly at the vets, so a muzzle may be required in this environment but other than this, he is a good boy! Jackson really enjoys playing with his squeaky toys, and loves chasing a ball. He is generally a super easy-going chap! We can't wait to see him living his best life with his new family.

Is Jackson right for you?

Jackson is a good boy, who can be a bit boisterous at times - he does jump up so any children in the home will need to be comfortable with this. Jackson has been left on his own for 4-6 hours in the home previously, so this would be a possibility in his new home also. He is a house-trained boy. He would thrive in a quiet to moderately busy household where he can be a part of the hustle and bustle but also spend some time chilling on his own. Jackson will be a wonderful addition to the home!
