Are you right for Mitch?

Meet our gorgeous boy, Mitch! Mitch is a 3-year old Old Tyme Bulldog looking for his forever home! Mitch is brilliant with young children and with other dogs, so could live with children of any age. He is a really beautiful boy, but can be strong on lead so just to keep this in mind with any younger children in the home. Mitch is a very sweet and gentle nature, and is an all-round very good boy! He may need some reminding with his house-training in a new home but tries his hardest to keep his space clean! Mitch loves a good wander around and a sniff on his walks - he loves investigating new places and smells. His activity level will be low to medium, so he won't need a whole load of exercise but does love to get out and about. He is struggling in kennels at the moment, so he is quite sad and stressed. We hope we can find Mitch someone to love him forever! Mitch is great with all sorts of handling, tolerating veterinary handling very very well. Mitch loves other dogs! He's very friendly, polite and will have a nice play if they want that. Mitch also loves people and thoroughly enjoys a big fuss from his people! He loves his toys, especially his soft teddies. Mitch is a hungry boy and needs to work on his manners when taking treats from people! He does tend to engulf your whole hand.

Is Mitch right for you?

Mitch would cope in a reasonably busy home, as he loves to be a part of all the fun. He is a perfect boy, very gentle (unless you have a snack to give him) and loves everyone, dogs and people. Mitch would prefer a home where people are home the majority of the time as he doesn't love being left on his own. Mitch is an angel boy in every way, however he does have a little bit of medical that affects his ears, potentially needing lifelong drops. He also does have sore skin on his face that we are currently treating with daily wipes to keep them clean. He is really one for the bulldog lovers, but he is a real staff favourite!!! We can't wait to see him curled up in his forever home.
