Are you right for Moose?

Beautiful little Moose is a 2 year old Bulldog who arrived into our care after being found as a stray. He unfortunately hasn't had the best start to life which has left him a little underweight and with a skin infection. Despite this, he remains a happy and friendly lad who has enjoyed making lots of new human friends. Moose has been making lots of progress here at the centre and is steadily gaining weight. As we don't know much about his past, we aren't sure if he's experienced life in a home before so will need some support and guidance when it comes to things such as housetraining and learning how to be left home alone, which we recommend is gradually built up. Moose loves people, but can be a little over excitable at times so would be best suited to a home with children 8+ who are confident around bouncy dogs. We're currently unable to assess Moose's interactions with other dogs due to him recovering from a skin condition, however he is happy when seeing them out on his walks. His new family will need to be understanding that he may need some time and patience when it comes to learning some social skills.

Is Moose right for you?

Moose is a gorgeous boy, with lots of love to give his forever family. Despite having so medical needs, he doesn't let this slow him down and still love to get out and about exploring and making lots of new friends. Our team here at the centre would be happy to discuss Moose's medical needs with his new family. If you're on the search for an affectionate, loving and cheeky companion, Moose could be your perfect match.
