Let a little love in this Valentine's Day

We are seeking some wonderful foster homes who are willing to open their homes and let love in.

If you could take care of a dog in your home for a period of time, we're always on the lookout for foster carers. Caring for a homeless hound through our Home from Home scheme until we find their forever home helps us in centre be able to provide care for more dogs.

Some dogs just aren’t cut out for kennels – these may be puppies, older dogs, dogs with injuries or medical conditions or dogs who have spent most of their life in a home. We are looking for foster carers that are happy to take dogs into their home until we are able to find a forever home for them. Foster carers play a huge role in a rescue dog’s life.

All families will receive full support and advice regarding the dog in their care and we will equip you with everything you need such as food and bedding. Any veterinary treatment is covered by Dogs Trust.

We are ideally looking for foster homes with another resident dog who can hold our dogs’ paws and show them all the joys of home life.

We are also looking for adult only homes and pet free homes, as some of our dogs may need the quieter side to life.

Whatever you are able to offer, it's always worth giving us a call if you think you could be a wonderful foster carer and let a little love in for a short while.

Fostering is very rewarding for you, and for the dogs.

Please email or call Dogs Trust Newbury on 014886 58839 and ask to speak to Shannon.
