National Make a Friend Day
A friend in need is a friend in deed and our dogs need a fur-ever friend, could it be you?
Blitz is a one-year-old Lurcher, he is a gorgeous young boy with a great enthusiasm for fun and life. Blitz loves to play with his toys, he enjoys throwing them around and chasing them or a little game of fetch with you. Play time is a great way to build up a relationship with him.
Daphne is a little Staffie cross around four-years-old, she is a real sweetie who can be a little unsure on first meetings but once she gets to know you, you make a true friend for life. Daphne is looking for a calmer, quieter home with a family which can give her the time she needs to settle in and adjust to her new home. We we don’t think it will take her long to find her paws! Daphne has a lot of potential and so much love to give her new family.
Jay is a stunning eighteen-month-old German Shepherd. Jay needs time to get to know you and build up a relationship with you, as he is worried by new people to start with but given the time he comes around and his affectionate nature shines through and he will become a great friend. Jay must be the only pet in the home and he will need some ongoing support with his socialising, which the team can help with. He is looking for an adult only home with limited leaving time (?), Jay has a lot of potential and will be a wonderful boy once he settles into his new home.
Luigi is a four-year-old Shar-Pei. Whilst very handsome, he is hard of hearing but has already learnt several visual cues. He loves playing with his toys, either with you or by himself. Once he gets to know you he is a real cuddle monster and likes to think he is a lap dog! Luigi is looking for an active home as the only pet, with people who are happy to continue his training in the home. He needs to live in a quiet area with no direct dog neighbours. Luigi can be a little worried when you first meet him but given time he comes around and makes friends quickly.
Reilly is a super playful two-year-old Lurcher who would benefit from ongoing training in the home to help channel his energy. Reilly loves to play fetch and is always enthusiastic about making new friends, both human and doggy. He is always keen to learn new things and loves his tasty treats which certainly helps build up a strong friendship. Reilly has a lot of potential to flourish in a home who can give him the training and time he deserves, he will bring a lot of fun and joy into the lucky owners lives who get to take him home.
