Foster Dog Friday: Meet Cindy!

Cindy the Chihauhua at Dogs Trust Leeds

We’d like to introduce you to a very special girl this week.

Her name is Cindy and she's a six-year-old Chihuahua who is looking for her forever home.

She arrived at the Leeds rehoming centre a little while ago. She is a very timid girl and we found that the hustle and bustle of kennel life was just too much for her so she was transferred to our Home from Home foster scheme. She is now beautifully settled in her foster home and really starting to show her true personality.

She is still very shy and it takes a long time to slowly build a bond with her, but as long as you give her some space and let her come round in her own time she is a very sweet girl.

She is worried by other dogs so she’s looing for a quiet adult only home where she will be the only pet.

She likes doing her own thing and entertaining herself but as you will see from the video she enjoys some gentle cuddles once she trusts you. Mostly she really enjoys having little potters around the garden having a good sniff!

If you think you might be the Special Someone that Cindy is looking for please contact Dogs Trust Leeds on 01132814920 or find out more on her profile page.
