Foster Dog Friday

Missy the Staffy

This week we went to visit one of our older ladies in her foster home.

Missy is a very sweet natured 12 year old Staffy. As she is an older girl, and used to her home comforts, she is living off site with one of our amazing foster carers.

While we were visiting we decided to do some filming too so we could show you just how cute she is! You can view the video below.

Missy’s foster carer told us:

“I’m so in love with Missy. She is ever so gentle and just takes life in her stride. While she’s been with me she hasn’t been a bit of bother. She spends some of the day watching the world go by through the window, in between little snoozes on the sofa. When she sleeps her little tongue sticks out of her mouth. It’s the cutest thing to see! When we go out for walks she gets really excited and she loves having a good explore. She’s very easy on lead too. We’ve met lots of other dogs on our adventures and she’s always very polite. Overall she’s a real gem of a dog and I shall be sad to see her leave, but she really does deserve a second chance.”

There’s not much else we could add to that except whoever snaps up this gorgeous girl is clearly in for a lovely time and lots of cuddles on the sofa!
