Could you be Clover’s lucky charm on unluckiest day of the year?
It’s a well-known superstition that Friday 13th brings bad luck but our rehoming team in Evesham are hoping that it will be a lucky day for one aptly-named dog, who has yet to find her special someone.
Four-year-old Crossbreed, Clover, has been with us since June, and despite seeing plenty of her furry counterparts find loving homes, Clover and the team are hoping that fate will be on her side on one of the unluckiest days of the year and she will defy the odds to finally find the loving home she deserves.
Chris Slight, Rehoming Centre Manager at Dogs Trust Evesham, comments:
“It’s such a shame that Clover hasn’t found her perfect home yet, but with a name that’s symbolic of good luck, we’re confident we’ll find a home for her soon. Despite the superstition that Friday 13th brings bad luck, we’re really hoping potential new owners will put any superstitions to one side and consider rehoming our lucky charm, Clover.
“Not only will you be offering a four-legged friend a happy home, but you will be gaining a new best friend. We don’t see what’s so unlucky about that!”
Clover has an endearing personality and loves human company but has lots of energy so would love an active home that can offer her plenty of exercise and training to keep her occupied. She can be a little over-excitable at times so would be best suited to a home without children or other pets.
