Dogs Trust Evesham launches behind-the-scenes ‘barkstage’ tours
We're inviting local dog lovers to see what goes on behind the scenes at Dogs Trust Evesham with our new Barkstage Tours.
When: Fortnightly
Where: Dogs Trust Evesham rehoming centre, Wickford
Who can attend? All members of the public aged 12+ years old
Usually, the public only sees a small part of what we do to help rescue dogs in need. But with a Barkstage Pass, our team is offering dog lovers a chance to step into the areas where the real work happens, and to see all the ways we help dogs on their journey to finding a new home.
During the tour, there is an opportunity to visit the kennels, outdoor compounds and the quieter spaces where nervous dogs start to build their confidence and meet potential adopters. Participants will meet some of the dogs currently in our care, hear a bit about their stories, and chat to the people who look after them every day.
It's a chance to see the care, patience and training that goes into helping every dog, whether they're learning to trust people again or just burning off some energy before they find their perfect match.
We love welcoming people behind the scenes because it gives them a chance to see what their support really means.

The Barkstage Tours will take place fortnightly at Dogs Trust Evesham’s rehoming centre in Wickhamford, and is open to members of the public aged 12+ years old.
