Dog foster carers needed in Evesham, Worcestershire

We're looking for dedicated Foster Carers to help care for some of our dogs who prefer to be outside of kennel life for various reasons as part of our Home from Home fostering scheme.

We're particularly in need of people who live in a household with no children and have no other dogs or cats.

To apply you must meet the following criteria:

  • Over the age of 18
  • Able to travel to your local our rehoming centre regularly.

This role involves helping to keep the outdoor areas of the site looking smart and presentable. It will mainly involve weeding, planting and general low-level maintenance.

This is very much a sporadic role involving helping out at events where Dogs Trust are present. It can involve all aspects of being at an event from stall holding, to set up, to car parking! It is a role that can allow you to be involved in a great cause, even if your free time is a bit more limited, and is still very much valued.

As it sounds, this role is to help support our Media Assistant in getting things ready and sorted to enable us to promote the dogs in our care. It could involve a variety of things from taking pictures, to doing write ups, to making up posters. It will all be under the advisement of the Media Assistant.
