We’re investing in innovative ideas, digital technology and sustainable practices to improve animal welfare and expand the number of dogs and owners we reach.
To tackle the ongoing dog welfare crisis and a rise in owners giving up their dog or considering euthanasia due to unwanted behaviours, we need to prioritise providing expert, accessible rehabilitation and training support to the people who need it most.
By developing an integrated digital and in-person support service, we believe we will help 57,000 more dogs every year and provide trusted, effective advice to millions of website users.
And by investing in sustainable technologies like air-source-heat-pumps, we will ensure we meet our ambitious carbon net zero target by 2050 and achieve:
- 78% reduction in carbon emissions
- 77% reduction in energy consumption
- 45% reduction in costs.
