What you can Find at our Shop - The main items we sell are, men’s and women’s clothing, bags, shoes and accessories, books, CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, Bric-a-brac and household goods, children’s toys and clothing and electricals. We also have a range of Dogs Trust products including poo bags.

How to Donate - We are so grateful for your kind donations! Please drop them off in boxes/bags during our opening hours. If you will be bringing lots of bags it may be best to give us a call first. Please let us know if you would like to Gift Aid your donations to raise an extra 25% for our dogs!

What Items Can I Donate - Clothing, accessories, shoes, books, media, bric-a-brac, vintage items, toys, brass, jewellery, vinyl records and pictures.

Items we can’t Accept at this Shop - We are unable to accept the items listed here or furniture. 

Collection Options - We are able to collect donations within a certain distance of the shop. Please contact us for more details.

How to Volunteer - We are always looking for volunteers to join our friendly teams! Pop into the shop to pick up an application form or find one here and bring it along to the shop.  

Parking - Some on street parking may be available but we also have Parkway Car Park (Park Way, Newbury RG14 1EF), Northbrook Multi Storey Car Park (Pembroke Rd, Newbury RG14 1BX) and Euro Car Parks West Street (43 West St, Newbury RG14 1BD).
