Dogs Trust appeal for volunteers ahead of Poole Charity Shop opening

Ahead of its grand opening on Thursday 20th February Dogs Trust is appealing for volunteers to put their best ‘paw’ forward and offer their time to help with the day-to-day running of the shop.

Volunteers are needed to help in all aspects of running the shop from taking in stock donations, serving customers and providing great customer service to everyone who steps through its doors. All funds raised through the sale of items in the shop go towards caring for dogs in Dogs Trust care while they await a loving new home.

Debbie Cheeseman, Dogs Trust Charity Shop Area Manager comments:

“Dogs Trust charity shops up and down the country simply wouldn’t be able to run without the dedication of volunteers – and our Poole shop will be no different. Whether you can spare an hour or a day, please get in touch and let us know if you can help.”

The shop will be situated at 155a High Street, Poole, BH15 1AU and will officially open on Thursday 20th February at 11am. Anybody interested in becoming a volunteer should contact Shop Manager Lukasz Wdowiak on 01202 669119 or pop into the shop.
