Big paws to fill!

Louise and Nicola at Dogs Trust Manchester

Last week we said bye for now to our Supporter Relations Officer Louise who headed off on her maternity leave.

We wish Louise lots of luck with all the adventures we are sure will come your way during maternity leave and we can’t wait to meet your little one when they arrive. Louise has handed the lead over to me - Nicola Hardman, who will be the SRO for Dogs Trust Manchester for the next few months.

I’m very happy to be joining the team here at Dogs Trust and already super excited for all the planning for our summer Fun Day which will be on 7th July, this year at a brand new venue: Burrs Country Park in Bury. I will soon be looking for donations for our stalls and tombola’s and looking for lots of volunteers for the day – watch this space!

I’m also looking forward to my first talks with local community groups and telling people all about the amazing work that is done here at the rehoming centre and informing you all about our fantastic free Canine Care Card.

If you are part of a community group and would like to know more about Dogs Trust, I would love to meet you, just give me a call on 0161 337 3605 or email [email protected]
