Dogs Trust

UPDATE: Our rehoming centres are closed until further notice, however we are now able to rehome a small number of our amazing dogs. Each dog’s profile will let you know if they are looking for a new home. For the time-being, we are unable to register your interest for dogs who are not yet available for rehoming.

A paw-some result!

15-year-old supporter raises £900 for Dogs Trust Manchester

Fundraiser Owen with 9-year-old Northern Inuit Simba

This week we were visited by one of our younger supporters who has been raising funds for our rescue dogs here at Dogs Trust Manchester.

15-year-old Owen, who has previously raised funds for us, brought over £900 to the rehoming centre which he has raised through a number of ingenious ways including collections at his school and local church and recycling ink cartridges.

To date Owen has raised over £2,000 for our dog rehoming centre and we couldn’t be more thankful to him.

During his visit he was treated to a special meet and greet with one of our pooches. Simba, a 9-year-old Northern Inuit, loved playing in our agility area with Owen and his mum and gave him plenty of thank you licks on behalf of all his doggy pals in the centre.

From everyone here in Manchester…Thank you and WELL DONE OWEN!
