Dog foster carers needed in the West Midlands
We are looking for dedicated Foster Carers to help care for some of our dogs who prefer to be outside of kennel life for various reasons as part of our Home from Home fostering scheme.
We're particularly in need of people who live in a household with no children and have no other dogs or cats.
To apply you must meet the following criteria:
- Over the age of 18
- Able to travel to your local our rehoming centre regularly.

Volunteer Canine Assistants
Commitment Required: 3 hour shift (AM) – 1 day a week
We are currently recruiting a Volunteer Canine Assistant to assist the Canine Carers and ensure our animal accommodation facilities are cleaned, maintained and in excellent condition, as well as providing essential exercise and enrichment activities for the dogs.
This role is physically demanding and will require a lot of walking and cleaning activities.
Some tasks in this role could include:
- Deep cleaning of Kennels
- Preparing the kennels for Dogs
- Making enrichment items for our dogs (especially frozen treats)
- Preparing and making up feeds
- Walking and exercising Dogs (dependant on suitable dogs at the centre)
- Restocking Kennel Kitchens of food and supplies
- Cleaning Kitchens and Corridors
