Waggy Walk and Talk

Join Dogs Trust and South West Lakes Trust for a guided ‘Waggy Walk and Talk’ around part of Wimbleball Lake, Exmoor, TA22 9NU.

  • 10.00am start – from the Activity Centre to the dam and back (approximately one to two hours)
  • Guided talk along the route by a South West Lakes Trust Countryside Warden, with Dogs Trust staff on hand and information also available about the two Trusts
  • Entrance is £4 a person, under 16s free (with entry fee to be split between the two Trusts)
  • FREE parking for event participants at the Activity Centre car park

Advanced online booking for the event is advised. You can also turn up and pay on the day, subject to available space. However, please arrive half an hour earlier to allow time to register.

You do not have to have a dog to take part in this friendly, guided walk. However, if you do bring your canine companion with you, please ensure they are kept on the lead at all times around the lake (there is a dog exercise area onsite nearby, where they can be let off the lead). Also, please remember to clean up after your dog. Doggy poo bags will be provided on the day, although there are no dog bins on site, so you will need to carry this with you.

Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions for this event. By taking part in this event, you are confirming you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
