In the spotlight at Ilfracombe - Piglet!

Piglet is a beautiful six-year-old Beagle looking for a home at Dogs Trust Ilfracombe Rehoming Centre.

Piglet is happiest when she is in the company of another calm dog. She has lots of doggie walking buddies and has always shared her kennel since arriving at the centre. She is a shy girl who takes her time to warm to you, but when she does, she loves a fuss. She likes to go for walks and use her nose to explore her surroundings. Piglet enjoys playing ‘find-and-go-treat’ to keep her clever brain busy, sniffing out a treat.

Piglet is looking for a loving, calm, adult only home where adopters will have patience and give Piglet the time to settle into her new surroundings. She needs a home where she can live with another calm dog, which will help to build her confidence. Potential adopters must be prepared to visit Piglet at the centre a number of times before adopting, and be aware that it may take a few visits before she builds up the courage to come over to meet and greet. Given the time and effort Piglet will make a sweet rewarding addition to the family.

If you think you can give Piglet the loving, forever home she deserves, then please give our Canine Carers a call at our Ilfracombe Rehoming Centre on 01271 812709, we are open every day between 12noon and 4pm except Wednesday when we are open from 4.30pm until 7.30pm.
