Amy Bingham - your Supporter Relations Manager at Dogs Trust Ilfracombe

Hello, I’m Amy Bingham and I’m the Regional Supporter Relations Manager at Dogs Trust Ilfracombe.

I started working for Dogs Trust in 2016, having come from a communications background. My role here allows me to combine my keen interest in talking and helping people with my love of dogs, by promoting the charity and providing first-class customer service to our supporters.

To help achieve this, I offer free talks to community groups (and where possible, I will bring a four-legged friend with me), as well as tours of our rehoming centre. I am also on hand to deal with enquiries about donations in memory of a loved one, our free Canine Care Card service and answer any legacy enquiries.

As well, I attend the closest DogFest event to help with the Dogs Trust Village.

Away from work, I love to go camping and explore the great outdoors with my family. This has been made even more enjoyable with the additions of our adopted dogs, Foxy the Labrador and Max the Sprollie, both of whom are former Dogs Trust Ilfracombe residents.

Finally, a little-known fact about me is I used to be a weather presenter on American TV – although I think they hired me for comedy value more than anything else - I never could remember all the American states!

If you would like any information about booking a talk or tour for your community group or are enquiring about the Canine Care Card service or legacies, then please don’t hesitate to call me on 01271 817716 or email me at [email protected]
