Glasgow Team say Farewell to Super Aunty Zoe

This week we say farewell to a very special member of our team and celebrate her hard work over the last few years at the Glasgow Rehoming Centre.

She is affectionately known as Aunty Zoe to the dogs, to us her formal title is Home from Home Co-ordinator, and she will always be a friend of Dogs Trust Glasgow.

In 3 years, 5 months and 27 days working with us Zoe has arranged home comforts with foster families for 411 homeless dogs which adds up to a staggering ten and a half THOUSAND doggy sleepovers! It’s no wonder she is known as the fun Aunty!

From dogs who needed a break from kennels to dogs recovering from surgery and busy mums whelping litters of puppies right through to the golden oldies, she has offered support to both the dogs and carers alike and will be missed by all.

She is now off to follow a different dream role and we are sure you would like to join us in wishing her every success!
