Will it be fifth time lucky for Jack?

Help us find this lovely Lurcher a loving home

Jack the Lurcher at Dogs Trust Darlington

2019 has so far been a year of highs and lows for Dogs Trust Darlington three-year-old Lurcher, Jack.

Since the start of the year this handsome boy has been reserved to go to a new home four times but through no fault of his own just prior to leaving the centre each adoption has fallen through.

Jack is a very clever boy who really enjoys learning new things, he can do a fantastic sit, down and commando crawl and has lots of other skills.  Jack enjoys spending time with his canine companions although they do need to be tolerant of his lively behaviour.  He is looking for a home in a quiet area where he is the only pet and can live with children aged 16 and over.

Assistant manager operations Sharon Boult said:

"Jack is a beautiful boy who has such a lot to give to any family willing to keep up with his training needs.  He has come on such a long way since being with us and all his canine carers adore him.  We would dearly love for him to find a forever home to call his own."

If you think you could be the one to make it fifth time lucky for Jack please contact Darlington Rehoming Centre on 01325 333114 to speak to a member of the training team for more information on this lovely boy.
