Dogs Trust

UPDATE: Our rehoming centres are closed until further notice, however we are now able to rehome a small number of our amazing dogs. Each dog’s profile will let you know if they are looking for a new home. For the time-being, we are unable to register your interest for dogs who are not yet available for rehoming.

Remember a Charity Week

Remember A Charity Week is an opportunity for charities to come together and encourage more people to consider leaving gifts in Wills, after taking care of family and loved ones

This year’s Remember A Charity Week runs from 9 to 15 September 2019.

Legacies are really important to Charities such as Dogs Trust and can be a great way for people to pass on something to really make a difference and support the work we do.

As Supporter Relations Officer at Darlington Dogs Trust I am available any time to discuss legacies and I am more than happy to arrange visits and tours to individuals who would like to see the work we do and how their legacies would be used.

Next week I am also attending our local Charity Shop (along with my own rescue dog Bronte!) and will be able to discuss Legacies along with our Canine Care Card, Talks and Dogs Trust in general for anyone who would like more information.

Our Charity Shop is located at 38 Skinnergate, Darlington DL3 7NR, and even if you don’t want to discuss legacies it’s definitely worth coming for a browse as it really is one of the best charity shops I’ve ever been in!  (Plus, you’ll get to meet Bronte!)

We will be in store from 12 noon until close on Friday 13th.  If you can’t make it then, or would prefer an individual meeting or tour, please contact me on 01325 335952 to arrange.
