Canterbury’s Dog of the Week – Daisy!

Daisy, a collie

Our Daisy is a 10-year-old Collie who’s looking for a retirement home to grow old in.

Don’t be put off by her age, Daisy is still a ball of energy who loves to keep herself busy and will be needing a home where her family can give her lots of mental and physical stimulation (plus cuddles!)

Daisy is most content with a long walk and a toy in her mouth. You’ll usually find her asleep on the sofa in our Real-Life room and she loves a snuggle once she knows you.

Daisy needs an active home with a family who’ll give her lots to do during the day. She can live with children 16 years and over but will need to be the only pet in the home.

Daisy loves people but doesn’t enjoy the company of other dogs so she will need to live in a low dog populated area and have her own private garden. She’s also been housetrained in her previous home.

Daisy is such a sweet, affectionate Collie and she’s eagerly awaiting a home to get comfy in!
