All you need is love... and a dog

Vinnie, Diego and Keano are looking for love this Valentine’s Day

These handsome boys are all considered ‘long-term’ dogs; with Vinnie being at the centre since August 2017; Diego 429 days and Keano is in his sixth month. These three heartbreakers get minimal interest and we just can’t understand why.

Vinnie is a 4-year-old affectionate Greyhound, with the best ears! He needs a little help getting to know you and settle into his new environment, but we have a fantastic behaviourist team here to help transition him into his new home. Vinnie is an incredibly smart boy, he learns new tricks so quickly. He enjoys squeaky toys and enjoys meeting new dogs on his walks. Vinnie needs an Adult only home, with minimal visitors. He must also be the only dog in the home.

Take a chance of me? If you are interested in Vinnie, please contact the Canterbury centre.

Diego is a 7-year-old truly handsome fluffball. He grabs the attention of everyone who walks through our doors but doesn’t receive much interest at all. Diego prefers to be in familiar places and is more than happy doing his own thing. He grows strong attachments to his favourite people; once settled into his new home and surroundings, we just know he will be the best companion. Diego would like an Adult only home, with understanding adults. His leaving time will need to be built up gradually. Diego must be the only dog in the home.

Will you be my Paw-lentine? If you are interested in Diego, please contact the Canterbury centre.

Keano is a 3-year-old, charming crossbreed. Keano lives for his toys! He’s an active boy who just needs someone to take the time to get to know him, as he worries about the little things in life. Keano needs an active Adult only home, with calm people who understand his little needs. He needs to be the only dog in the home.

Adopt me, maybe? If you are interest in Keano, please contact the Canterbury centre.

We are all good boys, will you be ours?
