Fundraising Regulator
Dogs Trust proudly works with the Fundraising Regulator.
The Fundraising Regulator is an independent body who set and maintain the standards for charitable fundraising. The board’s primary function is to deal with complaints about fundraising activity from members of the public for not meeting the standards, allowing people to give to charitable organisations with confidence.
By joining the Fundraising Regulator we agree to adhere to the Code of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Promise.

Governing law
These Terms and use of this website shall be governed by English law. All claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. However, Dogs Trust shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive and other relief in respect of the infringement of intellectual property rights.
