Pets at Home are giving us Lifelines!
Today we're sending huge thanks to everyone who has chosen us as their #VIPClub charity when shopping at Pets at Home.
Thanks to your thoughtfulness when you've shopped for your own furry friends, we've been sent Lifelines in the form of vouchers to spend on all of the dogs in our care. Your kind donations amassed over £700 for us which is absolutely incredible and we are so grateful!
We took a trip to our local store and were able to purchase lots of food, treats, toys, bedding and anything else a doggo might need. There was so much to choose from (the dogs LOVE sniffing out goodies!) and it was lovely to be able to treat our dogs while they wait for their forever homes.
Nancy, our largest resident, was first in when we got back to pick a toy to play with, and she had the BEST time testing them all out! Head over to our instagram @dogstrustbasildon to see her in action, she absolutely loves toys and she just couldn't make up her mind.
Luckily we had enough that she could take a few as, thanks to Pets at Home shoppers, there were plenty to go around!
