Are you right for Dottie?

Dottie is a very affectionate two-year-old Whippet cross looking for a calm, patient home where someone is around most of the time to help her settle into her new surroundings. She would love to be the only dog in the home, but could enjoy a few regular walking friends to build her confidence with. Dottie can live with sensible secondary school-aged children who understand dogs and can give her space when she needs it. She finds being left difficult and much prefers to be snuggled up as close to you as possible. Her ideal home would also have a secure garden where she can enjoy zoomies, relax in the sunshine, and potter about happily.

Is Dottie right for you?

Dottie may be young, but she’s already been through a lot of change in her life. Due to this she finds it very difficult to be on her own and settling in somewhere new takes longer than most. Despite this, she is the sweetest girl you could hope to meet and has so much love to give. In the home, Dottie is incredibly affectionate and will happily shower her people with cuddles and love. Out and about, she’s just as charming! Everyone she meets is greeted with the same joyful enthusiasm. Dottie’s favourite place to be is snuggled up close to her favourite humans, whether that’s curled beside you on the sofa or tucked up happily in bed. She is currently in a foster home where she's described as an absolute sweetheart. All Dottie needs now is a calm, understanding home where she can be given plenty of time to settle in at her own pace. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, loving best friend who will adore you completely.
