Are you right for Leo?

Leo is a 1-year-old Lab x Spaniel with a heart of gold, endless personality, and enough zoomies to power a small village. He’s the kind of dog who keeps everyone laughing with his hilarious facial expressions, teddy-in-mouth struts, and full-speed laps around the garden. This cheeky, lovely, playful lad is looking for an adult-only home that can offer him routine, guidance, patience, and understanding while his confidence continues to grow over time. In return, you’ll get a loyal best friend who absolutely adores his people. Leo could potentially live with another dog and really enjoys having walking friends. He’s already had sleepovers with his best pal, Sara, and despite a few cheeky moments, he is learning to make the right choices and showing just how good he can be. Once you’re in Leo’s trusted circle (after a few meet-and-greets), prepare for constant cuddles, dramatic lean-ins, and a shadow who simply wants to be involved in everything you do. Because he loves his humans so much, Leo would initially need owners who are around most of the time, although this can gradually be built up with support and patience.

Is Leo right for you?

Leo is a proper foodie (snacks will definitely help with negotiations), and you’ll rarely catch him without a teddy proudly carried around in his mouth. His zoomies are top-tier entertainment, guaranteed to make you laugh, and he’s a certified water baby — honestly, we’re convinced he thinks he’s starring in Aquaman. With all his charm, cuddles, and comedy, it’s no surprise Leo is a total staff favourite here at the centre. If you’re looking for a dog full of character, comedy, affection, and chaos in the very best way, Leo could be your perfect match. Just one thing… all applicants must pass the official Leo Approval Process first 🐶
