Are you right for Charity?

Charity was found dumped in a field and is unlikely to have lived in a home so will need a patient family who are wiling to start from scratch with her. She would like a pet free home where any children are of high school age. Charity cannot be rehomed to anyone who is pregnant or immunocompromised, any concerns about this can be addressed on application.

Is Charity right for you?

Sweet Charity has had a rough life after being found abandoned in a field with her pups in Romania. Although she has built a lovely bond with her main handlers, she lacks confidence around new people and is worried about entering rooms and doorways, so her new family will need to help her with this. She's taken to centre life very well and loves being out for walks, for a dog that has likely never walked on a lead before she has made brilliant progress. Kindness and patience are the key, going at Charity's pace and not rushing into anything that overwhelms her. She's got used to the team and happily approaches everyone for a fuss, leaning into legs to encourage more! Charity is good with other dogs but is not in a position to live with one just yet, she still needs confidence in her interactions. She walks beautifully with others and is very polite when introducing herself, she just gets herself worried by too much interaction. Toys appear to be brand new to Charity and she doesn't have a clue what to do with them! Hopefully when she's settled in at home she can discover play with her family and learn how to have fun.
