Welcome to Dogs Trust Leeds Rehoming Centre.

The dedicated team here are helping to care for hundreds of dogs every year, every one of which deserves a loving home for life. If you're interested in offering a dog in our care a forever home, find out how rehoming works.

If you are interested in volunteering have a look at our current volunteering vacancies and feel free to apply.

If you have any general queries, please call us on 0113 281 4920 or email the centre reception.

Did you know our Supporter Relations Officers (SRO), Sarah Hey & Sarah Gamble, can offer free talks to community groups and organise tours of the rehoming centre?  They also deal with all the local enquiries about donations in memory of a loved one, as well as answering any questions about our free Canine Care Card Scheme or legacies. They also organise the annual Fun Day and help with the social media coverage for the rehoming centre too!

Do you have time and TLC to spare but are not in a position to rehome a dog? Have you considered fostering? Find out more about fostering a dog!

We’ve missed you! Book in to visit us, at our new Information Days.

We’re delighted to welcome you back, with our new and improved visiting system. Find out more and book yourself in here. We can’t wait to see you.

From 19th July 2021 our rehoming centre will be having some building work done on-site. This is to improve the main rehoming kennels and provide extra exercise areas for the dogs to allow more time out of the kennels . The work is expected to last at least 20 weeks and during this time, we will have will have fewer kennels, however we will still be operating on a smaller scale using our virtual rehoming process and home from home scheme.
