The Queen’s Patron's Trust lunch
Dogs Trust has purchased 10 tickets for the Queen’s Patrons Trust lunch on 12th June. We would like to make our supporters aware that we will be seeking sponsorship for the tickets purchased to enable us to raise much needed funds and awareness of our priority programmes during our 125th anniversary year.
As you’ll be aware, we receive no Government funding - so raising awareness at events like the Queen’s lunch is an essential way for us to generate enough funds to continue our lifesaving work. The cost of a ticket is a small investment for a large return in terms of the audience we can reach through association with the event. This will in turn help us care for more stray and abandoned dogs.
Without investing in fundraising activity and raising awareness of our work, Dogs Trust could be forced to close rehoming centres, putting the 17,000 dogs a year that rely on us at risk. We look forward to communicating the outcomes of this great event with our supporters - and anticipate being able to rescue and care for even more dogs in need as a result!
