Our culture and employee benefits
As you would expect, we are passionate about dogs and their welfare. We’re also a friendly and approachable bunch and we pride ourselves on our professionalism.
We want our people to be happy in their roles, to work hard at achieving our mission, and to give all those they work with a fantastic Dogs Trust experience. We hold regular conferences to keep staff informed and organise various social gatherings to enable everyone to get to know each other.
We also provide a range of training and development opportunities to help people to grow in their roles according to individual need.
