Why we need your help
We have around 1,600 dogs in our care at any given point, with each dog staying with us for an average of 58.5 days.
Every week:
- 790 owners contact us to handover their dog
- 480 owners seek help through our behaviour services.

How your donations helped
Last year, thanks to donations like yours, we were able to:
- Provide care for 11,374 dogs across the UK and Ireland
- Find homes for 10,023 pooches
- Support 25,000 dog owners through our behaviour services
- Deliver nearly one million meals for dogs through Fairshare food banks.
For every £1 you donate
- 72p goes towards caring for dogs
- 27p is reinvested in fundraising
- 1p goes towards governance
Jasper's story
Jasper was given into our care at 10 months old as his owners could no longer cope with his behavioural problems. He spent 15 months with us, whilst his handlers went above and beyond to help him become the dog we knew he truly was. Jasper is finally home
