Rover is a young Collie with a sweet and sensitive nature. With a calm and gentle approach, Rover builds a friendship fairly quickly and once he knows you well, he adores lots of fuss and attention. As well as spending time with people, Rover's other big love in life is FOOD! This is a great advantage when practicing some reward-based training.
Type of home needed
Rover would benefit from living in a quiet household, situated in a rural area away from the road sides as he is worried by the traffic. His His owners will therefore need to provide him with continued support and training to help him build up his confidence. While he cannot live with cats, Rover is a friendly boy with dogs and would love to share his home with another calm, steady canine. He can be around children over the age of 14 and it is essential that he has a garden of his own to relax in.
